Viewing Your Articles

Welcome to the Article Wizard documentation section. This guide is dedicated to assisting you in effectively viewing and managing your articles created using the Article Wizard.

Searching your articles

Your dashboard includes an instant search bar, allowing you to quickly find articles by title, keywords, or other relevant criteria.

Understanding Status Indicators

Upon entering your Article Wizard dashboard, you'll notice each article is marked with a color-coded status indicator:

  • Blue Indicator: This shows your article is in the process of being generated. During this time, the 'View' option is disabled to maintain data integrity.

  • Green Indicator: Indicates the article has been completed and is ready for viewing. Articles with a green status were finished within the past 5 minutes.

Receiving Notifications

  • On-Site Notifications: You will be alerted on the platform once your article is ready.

  • Email Notifications: A notification will also be sent to your email with a direct link to the completed article.

Tips for Efficient Use

  • Utilize the search bar for quick access to your articles.

  • Keep an eye on the status indicators to know when your article is ready.

  • Check both on-site and email notifications to stay updated.
